Hi there!

It's me Lucia Robelo. I’ve been away for a while, deep in the transformation of motherhood and its duties.

Motherhood softened me, and, like the phoenix, it turned the old me into ashes so that a new, stronger person could be reborn. I’m still learning to re-embrace my power and, at the same time, be present for my daughters as a haven for them. It’s interesting how our charts serve as a compass through the different stages of life.

In my natal chart, the Sun, Mercury, Pluto, and Venus are in Scorpio in the 10th house, and all four planets make an opposition to my natal moon in Taurus in the 4th house.

As a 39-year-old mom to two little girls, that opposition means I need to learn to embrace both career and motherhood. That both are part of my purpose in life. I love astrology with a passion, helping people understand their natal charts, and I also love being a mom.

Now is the time to learn to hold it in the same container: me. Being an astrologer and a mom is not outside me; it is within me. I can’t choose when to flip a switch and just be one or the other.

For the past five years, I’ve been in that dichotomy. In that push/ pull that burned the sparkle inside me. Now I feel strong enough to be an astrologer and a mom in the world. Begin being whole again.

I practice Esoteric Astrology, which is about the evolution of the soul. It combines astrology, psychology, and spirituality, stemming from Alice Bailey, a foundational figure in modern esoteric astrology who defined it as the science of the evolution of human soul consciousness rather than mundane prediction.

Also, part of this new phase in my life, I’ll be working under the name ASTROLUX ESOTERIC ARTS. It combines the words astrology with lux, the etymology of my name, Lucia, which means “the one who carries light”. You might call it corny, I call it meant to be ;)
